Cycle City is a studio dedicated exclusively to indoor cycling (often called spinning). Located in Wilmington inside the Crossfit Wilmington facility.

Indoor cycling has experienced a tremendous surge in popularity, but is usually an ancillary activity at large health clubs and fitness centers. Cycle City is devoted exclusively to this low-impact, highly aerobic, and addictive form of exercise.

Cycle City employs high-energy certified instructors, and uses music and lighting to create the perfect motivational exercise experience. The studio features twenty high-end cycles and a state-of-the-art sound system.

Cycle City offers many different level of classes. Whether you are a beginner or an avid cyclist, Cycle City has classes that will meet your needs.
